Treesje Mortale Tote Grande

A few months ago, Jennifer mentioned this bag over on TBF. If you are not already familiar with it, it is called the Treesje Mortale Tote Grande. Now I know that my buddy Zombiegirl over in TBF would absolutely love this bag. After all, it is covered in skulls! But what about everyone else? How do you feel about it?

Personally, I think this bag is very unique and edgy. Yes, it does remind me a little bit of Thomas Wylde, but in a good sort of way. In my opinion, the designers Laura and Sheila did an excellent job putting the "fun" back in functional (man, that sounds corny!).

And the best part about this handbag? This baby retails for a fraction of the price of a Thomas Wylde bag. So go ahead ladies, let your wild side shine through! The Treesje Mortale Tote Grande measures 15" x 12" x 6" and is currently available in Gunmetal.

The tote is cool, but I really-really like the clutch..

The Mortale Pouch is available at luna boston for $118..

There was another style last season which was totally amazing.. it was a little bit bigger -- was it the Metro? -- I should have picked one up when they were on sale for like 50% of... is it even available this season in that style... oh well.

I do think it is edgy, and would compliment someone carrying it. But, it is not my style. I would feel silly carrying it I think.

I agree! I think it's a very cute bag, but definitely something I could carry.
