I went there today after I returned my movie to Blockbuster....I went in to see if they had any "Louis Vuitton" or other fake crap. And guess what? THEY DID!

They had a mini speedy for $12.00! They also had an LV bag that looked like it was supposed to be vintage, only the flap part's LVs were upside down. UGH! I wish I would have said something to them about selling them. Next time I will!!

The only time I go there is to sell my clothes I don't wear - but even then they rip you off!

Sorry, just had to vent that!

I see fake prada and louis vuitton there all the time! I hate it!!!
They really do rip you off, but I still continue to sell my old clothes there also.

Don't they give you like 15% of what they're going to sell it for?

I think we have one around here, but I've never been. Other people's clothes aren't something I'd want to wear.

^i've bought used (like new) clothes from other people. there's nothing wrong with wearing other peoples clothes if you don't have a ton of cash to blow on, say, a brand new $300 pair of jeans when you can get them for like half that. just my opinion though.

Jess, I never knew they actually sold fake bags. how awful! they could really get themselves into trouble for that...

I think people on here get too offended.

I wasn't saying anything about anyone else or that there was something wrong with it. I just like new clothes.

^um, i wasn't getting "offended". i was simply saying that i don't mind used clothes and that there is nothing worng with them as you were stating YOUR opinion. that's all....

I have never heard of Plato's Closet...

I think buying used clothing is the same as buying used bags. At least you can wash the clothes.

Now I would never buy someones used panties. (any undergarments for that matter)

HEY NOW LADIES!

Yeah, I've seen stuff WITH tags on them. They did have some Abercrombie skirts in great condition. I've even taken my stuff that had tags on it there because I couldn't return them to the store.

I do agree it's a good place to shop if you don't have enough money for some brands of clothing that you want.
