Yeah wtf? The glazed shouldn't get scratched that easily. Maybe it was a store sample where people tried it on a lot.

Blah I keep getting confused. You wanted the glazed, but got the one that I have.

Yeah my bag already has some scratches and stuff in the leather, and I've only had it for a week. The leather is really soft.
