I got a tracking number too!! Hopefully i'll get it tomorrow, I live in So. Ca and my smashbox took only a day so I'll let you know!! I'm glad we all got tracking numbers. I was a little stressed when I looked at my email and there wasn't one from Hautelook.

That would be awesome if you did! If you get your bag first you have to start the "HauteLook: F+C Sample Sale Bags" thread, in the F+C section so we can all post pics of ours when we get them!

Yeah, I got the gold city clutch. Do they have a gunmetal clutch??? That bag would be great in that color!!!

I want a purple or dark green city clutch-I can't wait to find out the colors for fall! I saw a new style on some web site too. I'll have to find it and post it here for you girls to see. It's pretty cute. More structured though than the city totes.

I am ready to FLIP OUT!!!

Get this, I got an email on the 4th saying my Smashbox order had shipped, but I got nothing about my 2 F+C orders, so I went onto the my account section and it says all 3 orders have shipped out and should arrive July 14th. Then at the bottom it says I have a refund!! So I called CS and I asked what was going on and she told me that out of my 11 piece Smashbox order, NINE items are short shipped!!!!!!

To top it all off, they tried to charge me $27 still to ship out two items worth $20. I told her I was very unhappy and I have heard countless complaints about short shipping!

I am still extremely pissed off but I didn't get stuck with a store credit and she issued me a full refund for the shipping and gave me a $20 credit to Haute Look online. But, I have been looking forward to this makeup since JUNE 19th!!!

I asked her about short shipping on the F+C bags and she said they had a bunch that were short shipped but if you have a tracking number in your email or on your account with an estimated arrival date, she said it's coming. If yours still says pending shipment then be on the lookout for a return to popup on the bottom of your my account section!

And I know someone said before that they think they do the shipping in the order in which it was received, but when I ordered my Smashbox I was on there right when the sale started and my F+C bags, I was on there like 3 or 4 hours after it started. I think it is just randomly picked, which makes me even more mad.

WTF - I just checked my tracking number and on the ups website it says its "rescheduled" - what the hell does that mean? Its already been shipped out- I'm so confused and mad
