Actually it had only been 2 weeks on Friday the 4th, this Friday will make 3.

I know when we are waiting for something even an additional day or two can make a huge difference. (I am very impatient!!)
I have my fingers crossed that this is the week we will see our bags!!

I do agree with everyone that they should be more upfront when you place the order and let you know that it can take up to a month instead of 5-7 days!!!!
I personally do not plan on ordering from them again, because everyday it is the same story, "It will ship out today.". And then the next day the same exact story!!

Let's just keep telling ourselves that a good thing is worth waiting for!

If I had known in advance that it would take a month to get the bag, then it would have been fine, and I would expect it to take a long time, but because they don't tell you anything, it makes me mad.

Oh, and bRs was saying how they haven't received any complaints in the last 36 months, well I saw on their sire that they created a page for them on the BBB website on 7/1, so they're brand new to it. I'm sure there would be more complaints if they had been on there longer, and also if people knew to go there to complain.

I got an email on Friday saying that my Smashbox order shipped out, but I am sure it didn't get very far since it was a holiday.

I have never ordered anything on Haute Look prior to my Smashbox and F+C orders, but I kinda got the hint from what everyone said on here that their shipping sucked. Luckily, I just got standard shipping. They really should put a disclaimer on their site or fix their shipping. I know they have a lot of orders, but I can't imagine them being that backed up. It doesn't take that long to ship something, jeez!

Is anyone else having problems with Haute Look's website? I wanted to check my order status even though they haven't sent me an e-mail yet, but their website seems like its down or something (the server keeps timing out when trying to load the page).

UPDATE: OMFG I AM MAD! So I just called hautelook... and she told me that many of the bags were shortshipped... but she doesn't know which ones!!!

UGH I never ordering from them again - I bet I will get the wrong thing, too

call again and see what they say - tell them someone you know has a tracking number and you don't, and ask what that means

I feel so annoying, lol. I called again and the person said that they have the bags and they are in the process of packing them up and sending them out. Which is why lilstrlett got her tracking # and everything.

Gosh, I really hope mine wasn't shortshipped.

(off topic. did you guys check out the vix sale? there are some cute swimsuits. lol)
