So I just rec'd my Smashbox order today but still "pending shipment" on my F + C bag. It really shouldn't take this long to ship orders! 5-7 days, o.k. but pushing 3 weeks is really bad. I don't think i'll order from them again either. I just wish that they were honest when you call. Yesterday when I called (again), the girl told me it would be shipped today, uhh still nothing! I guess what bugs me most is that they were super quick to charge my credit card but dragging their feet on getting orders out.

Wow, their shipping is HORRIBLE!!! I don't think I'd ever order from them...the only exception would to score a bag...but that is it!

I understand that they have a unique business with a lot of items, and a lot of customers, but they need to figure out a better way to do the shipping thing. It's annoying, and I will never buy from them again

^^^ I wouldn't care as much if they would just be honest about it. Even their website says that they will get the items from the company and then ship them out to the customers within 5-7 days. Why can't they just tell people that it will take like 3 weeks? Then if they don't want to wait that long, then they know not to order anything from them.

Omg, you guys seriously have no idea how mad I will be if the bags are short shipped!!! I feel really bad for those who paid for overnight shipping.

I made one because it's been 3 weeks since I bought the bag and it still says pending shipment. On the complain form it asks what you want the company/business to do about your problem, and I told them that they should make a disclaimer telling their customers that it may take 1 month to receive their item, and that express shipping may not make the item any faster to get. I also told them they need to explain their short shipping policy. I suggested that they do these things upon checkout, so the customer has an option of whether they want to agree to those terms or not, in case they want to cancel their order. If someone just happened to find their site and didn't have people to tell them about the shipping, then they would think their item got lost, or they got taken for their money.
