^^^ They sent me an e-mail the last time I ordered something. I got one with the order confirmation and then I got one when the item shipped (like 5 days later).

Well I didn't get a shipping thing from Haute Look yet, but I got one from the place I bought my other bag so hopefully it will get here soon!

Ok, I called today and they haven't received the bags from F+C yet. She said that they should be shipped by the first of next month. I was like WHAT??? But, that is just next week. LOL!

Jeeze why wouldn't they just tell F+C the addresses of the people who bought stuff, that way they wouldn't have to ship it twice and we could get our stuff faster - that's still a week away and then it will take another week to get the stuff... so like 2 weeks from now

^^^ Yeah, that sucks. Now I'm worried that there is a greater chance that they did short ship... being that the bags weren't even in their possession yet.

It means that the sold more items than they will actually be receiving from F+C. Somebody might not get the bag they ordered... just a dumb credit on their account.

Yeah, I remember Jennifer saying not to waste your money on the express shipping.
I did regular as well.

Oh well I am in no rush for the bag...I have a few new ones to hold me over and you should be getting your Slate one sometime this week!!! We will be fine! LOL!

Well if I don't get the white linen from them and I get my money back at least I have the slate to fall back on :) and hopefully it's here by friday - it's shipping from nyc which should take like 2 days (through UPS)

So wait... was the being shipped out by the first of the month referring to the bags being shipped out to the customers or the bags being shipped from F+C to Hautelook.

She just said that Hautelook has not received the bags from F+C yet. She said it takes like 7 days for them to get the shipment and then 5-7 days for us to receive the package from HL. I was like the site said it only takes 5-7 days and she was like yes, 5-7 days from the time we get the shipment from them!! So she said sometime next week. We shall see...
