i guess that's what the shipping-waiting thing is all about. i've bought from them before but the shipping didn't seem like it was THAT long.

^I've ordered 4 times from them and in every situation the item sends out on the 7th Business day. Then depending on what shipping you paid for, you wont receive the item for up 2+ weeks. Sorry but I don't like paying (i think its) $25 for 2 day shipping, and get the item 2+ weeks later.

Hautelook's shipping policy is why I don't shop there. The one time I ordered something from that site it took 3 weeks to get!

I had a couple of the Dead Head skull sneakers in my shopping bag but decided not to order them. They were very cute but I am such an impatient person I don't think I want to wait 3 weeks to get them.

i don't usually have problems with the site but i don't really mind waiting

i'm kind of a ditz though...
i'll forget i ordered something and be surprised and more excited when i find a box on my doorstep lol. the way i see it i'm gonna be wearing it eventually either way...

I think this sale isn't doing as well because the discount isn't very good. The bags are only 50% off and last time they were like 70% off. I think TW bags are overpriced anyway... so even a 50% discount doesn't make them seem like they are really on sale. Ya know?

I agree bRs. The last sale was great...other than the server problems that they were having and I wasn't able to get my scarf.
I swore then that I would never purchase anything from them. I was soo freaking sad!
