Yeah, I have a tracking number and I insured it. And, Maevey, I will more than likely leave her at least neutral feedback. It depends on how quickly she refunds my money.

I'm more partial to neg because of the condition of it. If it was the wrong number only, that would be one thing. But considering that everything was wrong about it, I would say neg.
