okay, this is ridiculous. Their policy is "5-7 days" to get your item ready for shipment.

So far it has been 12 days -- 8 work days since I ordered the item.

Oh and it hasn't even shipped out yet!

If you really complain, will you get some sort of discount or a credit towards a future purchase?

i just did, here is their response.

.. yes, but it has been 8 business days and it didn't even ship out today. I just don't get it. And everyone please don't get me wrong. I love hautelook. They have really cool stuff @ amazing prices (fyi: another decadesTwo sale is coming!) but the shipping really sucks.

Also I'm going to richland this weekend, and I really hope I get my bag by then.

Jennifer - this happened to me too - they eventually gave me $12 in credit (what i paid for shipping). I would write again complaining that to pay $12+ for shipping is ridiculous if you have to wait OVER the time they have noted on their website. Seriously... 3 weeks for mine...it was insane. Now that I have my $12 credit, i don't know if i will ever use it because i don't want to wait like that again!
