Thread: Really annoyed with Hautelook sales

I've now bought from them 3 times. The first 2 times I've received see through dresses when it didn't show that they were. And then this last time I still haven't received the package and it has been well over 2 weeks.
Oh, and when I went to return the first run of dresses, it only printed one dress for return (and I clicked for both). So when I called to have them reset my account so I could print it out again, they didn't. They said they would but then never did. And I've called now 3 times about that. So their customer service stinks.

yeah, the shipping really sucks. The first time I ordered from them the shipping took like 3 days (i payed for standard). Then the last 2 times, omg, it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r. I recommend not paying for overnight or expressed shipping -- it takes them 1-2 weeks to package up the stuff.
