Tyra said on one of her shows about spotting fakes and authentic items that it is LEGAL to sell fake goods but ILLEGAL to buy them. I thought that sounded weird since everyone on eBay and anywhere else says bad stuff about people selling them.

Technically its considered trafficking... but people aren't ever really busted for it.
