-Corey Lynn Calter top from Anthropologie (on sale $59 from the original $118)
-DKNY Frames, I gave up on trying to track down the Emporio Armani ones I really wanted because I need to see, haha, now I need to go get my lenses done.
still no cute long maxi dress all I've been looking for lately, but I LOVE my top, so comfy!
Some finger cots for hubby's finger. He wants to go back to work on Monday but he can't get his finger wet or dirty. Hehe... they look like little condoms.

I purchased a clear zebra print tote from Dooney and Bourke for my mom for mother's day. And booked a hotel on Travelocity.com for my husband and I this year for our vacation.
Oh Dani I love my gladiator sandals. those are awesome.
I didn't "buy" anything today however, I do have something coming in the mail for me. My mom emailed me yesterday saying that Wii Fit is coming out May 19th and you can pre-order it on Amazon.com. We have been all giddy about it for a while now so she had to tell me. Well, I told her I couldn't pre-order bcause I wasn't in the financial state to buy one. She called me last night and was like "Do you want it?" and I was like "ya but don't worry about it, I'll get it after it comes out" and she was like "No, I mean sweetie, I'll buy it for you. Don't worry about it". And I was like "Are you getting one for yourself?" and she was like "Oh gosh I don't know, should I?". So I told her not to until I got to test mine out - because it could suck - who knows. I am going back home in June so I was going to bring it over to have her try it out and if she liked it, I would buy her one so we could call it even. She doesn't know that yet.
My boyfriend thinks I'm spoiled because my parents send me money and buy me things - but honestly - I do NOT expect it. I never have expected it. I think that's the difference between being spoiled and just being privileged. Am I wrong?

So I received a ton of packages from Ebay yesterday. Here was my stash.
The wooden bamboo purse looks ugly in the picture but is pretty cool in person, as is the vintage red oriental bag.
The black and camo clutches are small and durable, love them for daytime kicking around or being able to keep something in the car with the essentials (bug spray, sunscreen, etc) without worrying about them getting destroyed.
And then there are 2 Linea Pelle pieces, iron wallet and green croc dylan clutch, an outfit for my daughter and new sheets for her.
WOW Maevey!!! You are a lucky girl!!! Those are all so awesome!!
I fell into the claws of the JCrew extra 20% sale items gig...I bought these shorts for only $31...but since I refused to pay $8.50 to ship them I ended up buying the sandals for $88 (full price) so I could get the free shipping. Oh well, I've had them bookmarked for some time now so it was only a matter of time. What I noticed about JCrew sales is that they never have either my size or the color I wanted...it's always one or the other that they are out of.
Plus I figure it this way - I have started a 5 person car-pool to work as of last week. After figured out how much I spend a day on gas to get to and from work - it's about $10 a day. That's not counting weekends. So let's say I spent $50 a day on gas (average $200 a month) - that means I spend about $2,400-2,600 a year on gas!!! That's insane. And I only increased my salary $2,500 when I initially took this job - my last job was 5 minute drive, this one is a 45 minute drive. So the drive was literally just eating up any increase in pay I did manage to get.
