I still remember how I felt the day DH and I signed the agreement! Oh you are going to have so much fun turning the house into your home with your own signature. It took us almost 11 months to complete the renovation and slowly do the interior decoration but it was well worth it!
I'm almost jealous that you and your family are going to experience all this again.

Wow...purchasing a home!! CONGRATS!!

I was in TJ Maxx and saw these cute heels and...I dunno I just HAD to have them. I think they're supercute, but now I have to find stuff to match them.

Owning a home is fantastic, but be prepared for bills, repairs, upkeep , decor etc. etc

The last month has been a bit crazy!!! our built in microwave and dishwasher busted and had to be replaced. We had to replace our sump pump and then a pipe blew and flooded a fully finished basement, so we had to replace all the carpets
Just had the exterior of the house repainted and paid a technician to get the AC started (busted fuse)


All in all, i incurred about $3500 worth of home repairs :sigh: i hope this is the end of it.

Oh..i forgot, i did order a lapis color MAM from the RM sample sale

it should be here soon!!!!
