susieq, I live in Hong Kong.
Don't Shanghai is now booming and shopping is everywhere. You'll enjoy shanghai. I'm not sure about Pinghu though.

haha ya Shanghai is nice - there is that really Western type shopping center but I forget the name. There is like this weird German pub/restaurant place and a bunch of boutiques and a mall. do you know what i'm referring to? I'm terrible with names. especially in China.
Pinghu is depressing. our garment factory is out there so it's all dormitories and we have to eat lunch in a hotel restaurant. hahahaha.

Xintiandi sounds really familiar. There is a Starbucks there and a cafe and stuff too right? And that REALLY big building with the rainbow lights all on the outside that you can see? It's really awesome - I loved just sitting with a coffee and watching the people walk by.

An adorable thermal top from Crafty Couture. It has a cute little owl/leaf print on it and is very colorful.
It was only $20 on sale!
Oh... I guess I did buy dog, cat, and chinchilla food too.

DVD for my mom
Scarf - dressy one 1.99 from Banana Republic
and get this 12 -- 12 packs of Diet Pepsi from CVS for 1.20! Yes that is correct one dollar and 20 cents. (LOVE GOOD COUPONS)
