    Default Terrible online shopping experience

    I recently bought a bag for my husband for christmas from bagsformen.uk.com when it finally arrived not on next day as they had promised on the phone the packaging was damaged the customer service member of staff who was also the manager was extremely rude and swore at me several times!
    I returned the bag using their returns service and received another bag and a totally different brand to the one I had originally ordered! So sent it back YET AGAIN!!! Phoned up again this time they did not answer the phone to begin with (not sure if they screen their calls and ignored me as when I withheld my number they finally answered)
    Again he was extremely rude, I returned the incorrect back and they sent out the correct one but GUESS WHAT??? They resent the damaged one back to me!

    So I urge you to be-careful when purchasing from them as all in all they seem like an atrocious company.

    Yeah took a few weeks of stupid ordeals to finally get my money back after messing about for ages.

    I buy a lot of designer items on eBay, and have only had a problems one or two times. Both times, I gat a refund.

    Thanks for the heads up! I hope shops like these won't stay in business for long. Seems like some people think you can not make money and act nicely.

    That totally sucks! What kind of SA's do they have down there? They're not gonna last long with that attitude. They are now on my permanent DON'T list!! Glad you got your money back finally. And thanks for taking one for the team, also!! I don't think any of us will be shopping there anytime soon!!

    i HATE when stupid stuff like that happends. I dont think people realize that customer service is EVERYTHING! ugh i'll make sure to not shop there...thanks for the heads up :)

    That's awful, I'll be sure to never give them my business. How unprofessional, to swear at a customer asking for help. Tsk tsk.
