That's a Juicy Couture Scottie Dog print, or "Premier Canvas" and it looks like a bowler. The "Italian flag" isn't that, it's a Scottie Dog Key Fob, that holds small pictures on the inside. One side has the Scottie dog print and the other has a pink, white and green stripe.

This is the closest I could find:

And I just searched ebay and couldn't find the key fob. They used to always have one or two and now they have hardly any Juicy key chains...weird.

Anyway, I love the Scottie print, I have several pieces in the Nardles (pink) color. But good luck finding anything other than the tote in that print, it's from several seasons ago and pieces are hard to find. Trust me, I've looked.
