So I have this friend who lives in Miami and she swore that she saw True Religions being sold there. She didn't remeber the price of them but she said they were expensive. Has anyone heard such a thing? If so I really need to figure out what those jeans were doing in Target!

I wouldn't be shocked, Target likes to bring in a lot of designers. I never look at the clothes or accessories much in there though.

Are you serious? I've never heard of that and I'm always shopping at Target. That's crazy! I never look for bags, jeans or sunglasses there maybe that's why I never seen or heard of it!

I would think these companies have control over where their stuff goes. I mean you can find these jeans at Marshalls,Ross and burlington for real cheap! How do they let this happen?

^^^ TJ Maxx/Marshalls buys closeouts from retailers and outlets. They have agreements with the companies to obtain and sell the items. As far as Target goes, I don't believe they are authorized. They did this with some Coach and Dooney bags that they purchased under the table, so to speak. Coach officials insisted that the bags were fake and said that Target was never given permission to sell Coach stuff in the first place. Hence the lawsuit. I'm not sure what happened with the Dooney stuff, but if I remember right they weren't authorized to have them either. I imagine that this is the same thing that is going on now.
