I can empathize and sympathize with your situation. I have not ordered electronics through the mail as of yet.

However, when it comes to clothing, I overstand your situation. I have been shopping mail order since 1991. I cannot count how many times I have gone over an order twice or thrice, yet and still, it's not right.

Plus, if it is a really nice style in my size, it's always on backorder indefinitely. So, I see where you are coming from about the mouse not coming with the laptop. I am very patient but when I have been explicit in my dialogue, that really rubs me the wrong way.
