Well, I was going to Bellevue Square today.. I drove by the construction site of Neiman Marcus which suppose to be opening this summer/fall.. It was amazing from the look of the outside. Here in Seattle, WA we dont have a Neiman Marcus. The closest thing is Nordstrom.. so i never being to Neiman Marcus. I know they sell designer names. I just want more info on the store.. have any of you guys been to a Neiman Marcus? how is the design of the store? clothes? ect?
Pretty upscale but not as much as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, or Henri Bendel. The one closest to me is more done up than any Bloomies I've seen and I consider Bloomingdales pretty good.
NM's handbag section includes Prada, Chanel boutique, Fendi, Gucci, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta, YSL, Stella McCartney, Jimmy Choo...

I think it depends....there's one in my area and it's more upscale than other local department stores. I've been lucky to find a good SA in handbags but in other areas, I've found them quite snotty and unhelpful when I'm looking for something.
I prefer Bloomies and Nordies. Both have better CS, IMO.
Although I am quite happy about the addition of a local NM Last Call!! It's going to be located next to the Off 5th - I can't wait for that!
i purchased all of my towels from Neiman Marcus!! i like the store, they have good sales too...i remember they were having a preview sale, and they gave me the sale, since i was out of town...that's when i bought my daughter her Burberry dress..i got it for a real good deal too...THey have a website...You should check it out...I wish we had Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macys...ANYTHING...we have a saks that i've never stepped in...other than that...NOTHING....like that...

Yea i agree with you about finding a good SA.. I have several nordstrom near me. I go to different nordstrom for different reason... A lot of time they act they are HOLY-er than you... do they have LV in the Neiman Marcus?
Neimans is more upscale. The one near my house has great sales all the time. Last call etc. I feel like I get the better deal there sometimes because IMO they have better brands and merch.

Yup. The one here has a few "boutiques" inside their store: Chanel, LV, Gucci, Bal, and one more (can't remember maybe Prada or Dior?). They also carry in store many other brands: MJ, Kooba, D&G, Chloe, Jimmy Choo, etc.
Online you can find other designers: MbMJ, Cole Haan, Tano, Foley-Corinna, Rebecca Minkoff, and now LAMB (this is new). I've never seen these brands in store, but they could be available at other locations. I do know that some locations carry brands that others don't.
OMG I CAN'T WAIT!!! AHHH. It's going to be so awesome. I'll probably move to Bellevue something.. it's like a newer Seattle, with all new buildings, condos, stores, and it's so clean! (no mean homeless people). About the designers that will be there.. I'm pretty sure it will have them all. Like downtown Seattle's Nordstrom.
My fingers are crossed that sometime in the future they take out Macys and replace it with Saks... that's kindof wasted space. ( heh, )

I know I cant wait for it to come... I hope they would have Louis Vuitton in there though... I know Bellevue is really clean, but sometime hate going their since there are so many snobby people there.. Then again it not crowded as Downtown Seattle..
I know, people are so unbelievably snobby there . Gees and it's crazy how packed bellevue square is.. it's totally huge too but all in one place as in Seattle everything is spread out. But also everyone goes to bellevue..
I love Neiman's. Most of the stores have a LV store in them, they have all the fabulous shoe brands and most of the chic designer brands. Just pop on the website and you can see a list.
