Hi all!
I am new to tbf, and i hope u experienced ppl can help me out. Soo I ordered a leather nomi jacket by line from hautelook, and after realizing the status had not changed on my acct, from shipping processing I decided to call. I was informed that I was being short shipped however, today when i checked my acct there was a tracking number, and the ups status said billing information received. Does this mean that I will get my jacket after all? Or am I getting my hopes up? I wouldnt be so upset but I love the nomi jacket and i owned it in a small, which was a little snug. so when i saw the medium on hautelook i was super excited purchased it, and sold my small. now i am nomiless and heart broken. i cant even think straight, all i think about all day is my leather jkt and how perfect it was.

Hm, if it just says billing info received there's a chance it was short shipped. But if you get a tracking number, it shouldn't be.
