Sad flip flop disease.

So I've been wearing flip flops pretty much all summer and my feet are feeling the damage. Can anyone recommend where to buy flip flops or any nice summer sandal with some arch support?? I can't do flats anymore.. my feet are crying in pain

If you wear flats....put Dr. Scholl's pads in them. You should stop wearing flip flips for a few days and wear tennis shoes. I know how you feel - if I wear flip flops too much...my whole body aches!!

Flip Flops are said to be evil for one's lower back. Maybe try Dr. Scholl's sandals, they have cute modern sandals.

I love my rainbows ... and they last forever, most people outgrow them before they break, if they break, ever ... and if they do break, you can get them exchanged for free.

Cool Re: flip flop disease.

I grew up wearing flip flops year-round--leather, rubber, those Asian ones made of straw, you name it, I wore it. No wonder there's a gap between my big toe and the rest of the clan.... Anyway, I never had a problem, but I have problems with shoes other people don't have problems with. KWIM? Every foot and shoe combo is different. If your feet hate flip flops, for the sake of your health, listen to your body and don't wear them. That's my two cents.

i hear fit flops are good, apparently they're quite comfortable and they help tone your leg muscles too!
only they are a little ugly and a bit expensive, seeing as most people i know don't spend more than about $15 dollars on flip flops
