I like the Designer Shoe Warehouse. I prowl their sales racks every couple of months and usually find something to bring home.
Nordstrom's sales generate all kinds of excitement here, but I don't know why. I've never found anything at a good price there and it seems like their sales rack is usually nothing but really ugly leftovers.
