Jess go to Roadrunnerssports.com and use their dog helper to choose your perfect shoes. I think you can return them even after they have been used up to a month. I have not purchased from them in a long time but they used to have this. Currently I am using a Saucony Grid Fusion. LOve them

Nike fits me better than any other running shoe since my feet are narrow. I wouldn't recommend Shox though since they are heavy.
Is there a local shoe store that will custom fit you for shoes?

I think Asics are one of the best brands of running shoes.
You just need to get the right style for you, based on the pronation of your foot, like whether you have a high arch or flat one....
P.S. My hubby bought Nike Shox because he thought they'd be great, he has bad knees and they actually made it worse!!! Shox are nothing but looks and not performance.

ok i work for niketown san francisco.... depends on what ur looking for. our shoes are broken in to 3 sections the first is stability, second is cushioning and the third is light weight. stability is used only when you over pronate or u need the extra arch support... and in that case you would probably try the structure traix but if you have a neutral foot and you want A LOT of cushion then you would want to try the vomero 3 or 4 or the air max 360 or the air max 2009 which is the upgraded version of the the 360s. last is the light weight shoes which are for people who run NO MORE than 5 miles a week . if u are one of those people that like the light weight then u should try the lunartrainers which right now arent the greatest looking thing but they are very light.... or you could try the nike air starters which have the same cushioning as the vomero but in a more of a light weight shoe.....
i know its A LOT to take in but if u have ANY question just PM me and ill be able to help you out....
