If any of you plan on buying balenciaga shoes online, take note:

Especially if you are getting them for a sweet deal, but no returns allowed.

I just received a pair of my size 39 pumps (us 9) and they are about a 1/2 size too small. I am so sad right now..

I purchased them from decadestwo +hautelook.. and they wont except returns

I'm so saying to myself.. "I can make them fit"..

but they are really tight.

such a disappointment.

Will they stretch? Can you put like a butter knife or something in there to stretch them out? Maybe that sounds crazy.

Aw, I'm so sorry for you Jen. You must be really disappointed.

Try stuffing them with wet newspaper. This has worked for me before.

Okay, I tried wearing them around the house, and I just couldn't do it. I think I would need a full size bigger.. like a 40!

Now what am I going to do with them!

Huge, uhg. Maevey, I have no idea.. i tried to "request a return" but it said the shoes were final sale.

Yeah I'm sure Hautelook won't do anything about it since it said it was a final sale item. Maybe you could try taking them to a shoe maker and see if they can be stretched out or something.. I can't believe they run almost a full size small!

I would not in a million years have thought shoes would be non-returnable. But then again, I guess you can't return them like a regular store and have them see if they have been worn. I'll definitely know not to buy shoes in the future. It also appears you can't return leather jackets or jewelry.
