I have a ton of UGGs, and some from just this last season. I usually don't wear socks, but I always wear socks with my black ones because otherwise they turn my feet black and I look like I've been walking barefoot outside for a year. I haven't had the smelly problem. Some people just have a tendency to have stinkier feet I guess. I would try what Maevey suggested to do! Hope you figure it out!!!

I actually wash his in the washing machine on hand wash cycle. I put in a dollop of Liquid Tide and a cup of vinegar.
Then I stuff them with washcloths and throw them in the dryer on gentle. They don't dry all the way and then I take them out and the air dry the rest of the way.
    So far, so good.
My uggs are tan will it ruin the uggs by wasking in machine?

No it won't ruin them. But I wouldn't put them in the dryer. You can take the insoles out, unless they are classic Uggs, and let them air dry. I have washed mine and my son's before and they turned out fine.
I didn't put them in the dryer, just let them air dry.

Are yours the "Sand" Color? Maybe it has something to do with the color, as mine are the light tan ones. My bestie has black ones and says they don't make her feet stink, however, she would also lie to save face.

I have the light tan ones as well. I wear thin socks with mine. But then again I live in Lockport, NY which is about 20 min north of Buffalo and lately we have been having some really cold temps. Which might be why I haven't noticed anything. It's just been too darn cold for my feet to sweat. I'll have too keep that in mind when the weather gets warmer.

Done...I think...Until I find something that catches my eye

Shearling boots were actually originally made for surfers in Australia to wear to the beach, oddly enough. The wore them after they got out of the water to dry their feet and keep them warm. They also protected their feet from rocks and things they would step on when they would walk back to wherever they came from, because usually where they surfed wasn't a tourist, pristine beach, so it was rugged.

So they were originally worn for warm temperatures.

You should clean your Uggs with the cleaner that they sell, and follow the directions exactly. Getting them too wet will cause the leather to darken, which then becomes hard if you try and dry them with anything too hot, or too fast.

    This is from experience.
