Rebecca Minkoff Laurie Crossbody Bag
I used to love Rebecca Minkoff. I still do, but it seems that this designer just hasn't been the same lately. She went a different direction with her designs. Not necessarily a bad direction... but it just isn't the same. So sometimes I have a hard time finding a Rebecca Minkoff style that calls to me. Thankfully, this isn't an issue today. Nope, today I found a gorgeous piece from this designer that really has me excited. Meet the Rebecca Minkoff Laurie Crossbody Bag!
Just to clarify, this particular version of the Laurie Crossbody Bag is a RebeccaMinkoff.com exclusive. And I can see why! I love this version much better than the flat version found on other sites. There is so much more to this bag than its shape and size though. I am head over heals in love with the colors. You may recall that this isn't the first time this season I have written about a handbag featuring a 1970s color palette. I really think there is something to this color palette. In fact, I smell a trend alert! The fact that this color palette is on a small, crossbody bag only adds to this would-be trend. I can see this bag paired with high waisted jeans and a floaty blouse. You know, to keep with the whole 1970s hippie vibe.

Re: Rebecca Minkoff Laurie Crossbody Bag
I really don't like the look of the guitar strap on this bag..
But also, I agree with you about Rebecca Minkoff. I was more of a fan back in the day, but then there were too many sample sales and the same styles which killed it for me. I think some of her bags are a hit, and some are a miss like with any other designer. But for me to buy one of her designs it would have to be really unique.
