Thread: Rebecca Minkoff Corn Husk Boyfriend Tote

As you may have already guessed, this beautiful Rebecca Minkoff Boyfriend Tote is made of corn husks. I hadn't really thought about it before, but corn husks are actually a great material to use for a "straw" handbag. Corn husks create a richer and thicker texture than more traditional materials such as raffia. The result is a look that is not only natural, but bold as well. With this particular piece, I really love the way this texture pairs nicely with the muted tones of blue and turquoise. What a great looking handbag! And I haven't even mentioned the rolled leather handles and gold tone hardware yet! Those too are very nice features.
