OK! so i just called them and customer service told me that their web team is still working on it, and they don't have a specific time by when they think they will be ready. they are however pushing to have the sale today.
I asked her about the prices and she said they would be the same as a sample sale: Nikki for $355, MAC for $195 and so on....

Wow, took them long enough to send out the email. Servers can be a headache, but that's just ridiculous she waited for like 7 hours into the 12 hour sale before saying anything..

I am finding it hard to believe that they were so unprepared after the mess-up at the last online sample sale. You would have thought their tech support would have done a better job.
I am bugged that i spent at least 4 hours on and off trying to access the sale
