Question Handle repair -- to send in, or not

So... I've been emailing Codi back and forth about getting my royal and brown basketweave morning after bag fixed.

As you all know, there's a defect in the construction of the handles in the bags that were first released.

The handles on my bag have stretched a little bit and while it's great because it fits on my shoulder comfortably, it still annoys me a little.

No leather is ripping or anything, and it doesn't look TOO bad... but it still bugs me.

But I'm scared to send her in because the original handle drop is suppopsed to be 6" or something... and IMO, I think it's too short and shoulder carry is a must.

I've asked if they could increase the handle drop, but they can't.

    To send in or not....?

I would send it in for repair. I don't like the handles when they get all stretched and flimsy.

Hi! I sent mine in for a handle issue, too (not the same issue as yours) and got it back within a month. The handles were good as new. I would go for it!

Yes! Def, send her in! When you get her back, the handles will be so secure, tight, and you wont ever notice anything wrong with the handles. As it is now, you are probably worried about overloading the bag out of fear for the handles.

Let us know what you do! =)
