just cleaned up after dinner.
Since my son is on a new NO gluten-casein-soy diet, it has been difficult to find pre-made stuff. Indian bread is typically made of wheat, so i can't give him that.
Today i made corn masa dough with lots of Indian spices, and made tortillas out of them, served with lentil soup. he loved it

We actually didn't move to WA. DH's orders changed and we're in Florida now!
