I have always been a fan of Vera Wang's wedding dresses, and I hope that the day I get married I'm wearing a gorgeous Vera Wang ball gown. When I heard Kohls was going to start carrying Vera Wang handbags I was intrigued, but when I went to go see them at Kohls in person I was in a state of shock of how plain and tacky they looks. Nothing about the handbags screamed Vera Wang, who has always been known for her elegance and spohisticated style. Recently, I won a a Kohls gift card through a contest right here on bagbliss, so I decided to take a tripo to Kohls this weekend. While on the search for jeans, I passed by this really cute bag in the handbag department. As I looked at the tag to my surprise it said the designer was none other than Vera Wang! The handbag I am talking about that I saw was the Vera Wang Double Zip Satchel. From the handbags I saw before in her line, this handbag was a HUGE improvement. What caught my eye the most was the satchel style and the patent leather. I thought this handbag was a very cute handbag at a great price. It conviently had a compartment and inner pockets inside to keep my essentials organized and has a double zip closure to be sure my belongings are secure inside. The handbag is made of faux patent leather, but for the price who could go wrong?

The Vera Wang Double Zip Satchel is regularly priced at $89, but is currently on sale at Kohls for $62.30. For a cute, stylish bag, the price is really not that bad. If I wasn't saving for a certain handbag that I'm trying to get before my trip to New York, I would definitely snatch this one up before it's too late.

Yea, not a fan. Sometimes when designers are good at making one thing, they branch out and it is not necessarily their "thing"...kinda like the Joe's purse...to me joe's makes jeans. I am also not a fan of LV shoes or clothes, but love the bags. Stick with what you know...KWIM?
