Free People Fringe Benefits Bag
Free People Fringe Benefits Bag
I know I have said this before, but I just love Free People stuff. In case you don't already know, their specialty is the Boho-chic look. I absolutely love their clothes! But what about their accessories? And, in particular, their handbags? To me, it seems like it is sort of hit and miss in this area. For example, does anyone remember the Chubby Change Purses (Read about them here: Free People Chubby Change Purses)? They were so adorable! It's great stuff like these coin purses that make you wonder how a bag, like the one you see here, could have possibly come from the same designer. Introducing the Free People Fringe Benefits Bag. It appears as though Free People has jumped on the Fringe Bandwagon. Unfortunately for Free People (and everyone else out there that has come out with a fringe bag recently), fringe is never going to come back into style. Face it guys, there is only one place where fringe belongs -- in the past!
The Free People Fringe Benefits Bag is constructed of ultra soft suede. It is available in Navy (as shown). The front of the bag features fringe and braided detail. The bag measures 12" x 14" and the strap is 17" in length. It retails for $268. Find it at Free People Clothing Boutique > Welcome to Free People.

Actually, I'm seeing more and more designers embracing the fringe. I guess only time will tell, but I tend to agree with you on that.

Re: Free People Fringe Benefits Bag
I don't like it, i give it a thumbs down. It reminds me of all the fringe that Gucci did this season.

Re: Free People Fringe Benefits Bag
Fringe just brings back bad memories of my mom's suede jacket that was COVERED in fringe. ::shudder::

Re: Free People Fringe Benefits Bag
The price is a bit high for the designer but I really like the bag. Definitely a "sale only" bag.

It's okay but I prefer fringes on my moccasins.
