Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier Handbags

Who doesn't love Ed Hardy T-shirts? Lot's of celebrities like Madonna and Carrie Underwood have been seen wearing one of Christian Audigier's tattoo-inspired creations. And Brittney Spears? She's an Ed Hardy fanatic! (hehe... not that too many people care what Brittney is doing nowadays)

I actually like Ed Hardy's T-shirts as well. I'm not completely wacky over them, but I do own a few who's designs caught my eye. So when I heard that Ed Hardy had handbags, I was definitely curious. A bag with tattoos on it? Hmm... my first thought was that I hoped they would not resemble Dooney's disastrous Tattoo collection. Does anyone remember those? Hearts with "MOM" on them. Ugh! I needed to see for myself exactly what the Ed Hardy handbags were like, so I made my way over to their official website. Here's what I found: The Sylvia Bag is Red Stripe.

Now some of the Ed Hardy bags, I'll have to admit, are not particularly attractive. And some even resemble Thomas Wylde designs... only in a bad way. But this Sylvia bag caught my eye because of its bright colors and beautiful flower design. It wouldn't be a bag for every day, of course. But it would be pretty cute out on the beach or just as a casual summer tote.

All Ed Hardy handbags are made of heavy canvas and trimmed with genuine leather. The prices range from $69 for a clutch to $275 for a large bag. You can check them out at the official Ed Hardy website: Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier - California Lifestyle Fashion Brand.

Thomas wylde? Really? I've never seen any bag by ed hardy that resembles a thomas wylde bag...

The bag above is okay. Not my favorite, but then again I'm not really a fan of ed hardy.

w*12 - I was talking about this bag.

The studs... the spiders... just missing the skulls.
