    ruching around top creates illusion of a large elastic band
    leather-trimmed silver metal and enamel "gaultier" plate on the front
    sporty contrasting stripes down each side
    open top
    mesh lining
    interior zipped center pocket and satin-trimmed side zip pocket
    flat textile base
    17" (at base)x 10.5"x 6"
