Kipling 20 year Anniversary: The Patent Handbag Collection
Handbag label Kipling is celebrating 20 years in the business with the launch of a Patent Collection, a range of glossy pieces at an affordable price.
"Patent was 'in the air' and immediately gave us the possibility to translate the festive feeling we were looking for. It was such a perfect match that it came in an obvious way. The real challenge was to identify the DNA of the brand and then to extend its territory in a very consistent way with new fashionable lines and a new cool image. The second challenge was to do it in a way which works worldwide, keeping the universal appeal. That's why I am always working around the Kipling values, women's needs and personal intuitions - to be as 'true' as possible." - ex-Celine designer Isabelle Cheron for Kipling
Over the last few years Kipling has suffered from a loss of consumer interest, although since they snagged ex-celine handbag designer Isabella Cheron, they have been making a comeback.

Re: Kipling 20 year Anniversary: The Patent Handbag Collection
Kipling is way too boring for me, dont really think they have any identity at all. What is this brand really about?
