Jerome Dreyfuss Gary Embellished Suede Mini Bag
Jerome Dreyfuss Gary Noir Katchina Bag.jpg
When I first laid eyes on the Jerome Dreyfuss Gary Embellished Suede Mini Bag, I had to pause for a moment. There is a pattern on the front that jumped out at me, but then I seconded guessed what I was seeing. I see an owl. Is that what you see? But is an owl what I am supposed to be seeing? Or is this a case of pareidolia? In case you don't know, pareidolia is the phenomenon that allows us to see faces (and other familiar patterns) in things such as clouds and shadows on a wall.
As you probably already know, all Jerome Dreyfuss handbags are given male names. And Gary just seems so fitting for an owl for some reason! I like the suede, beading, and sideways fringe. It seems too southwestern-ish.
