Vanessa Hudgens: Identify this Fringe Bag

Is this a Cleobella handbag? I'm not sure. I do like it though. The long fringe dangling from the outer edges of the bag is so pretty! I love how the bag hangs down low, almost to her knees (a characteristic that Vanessa appears to favor with a lot of her handbags). I also love what appears to be a beaded design on the side. Perhaps the design was inspired by Native American artwork? It is a little hard to tell from this picture. The bag does appear to be dark brown, distressed leather and it is taller than it is wide. I would love to know who makes it. Does anyone know? Cleobella or some other designer?

That's a tough one. My first thought was JJ Winters. I didn't really see anything on the Cleobella website that looks like this, but really I have no idea.
