Lauren Merkin Molly Clutch
Lauren Merkin has been hiding in the shadows lately. I see clutches from this designer often, but nothing has really stood out from the typical designs I have come to expect from her. I spotted some animal prints, but that was about as exciting as things were going to get. That is, until now! I stumbled across the Lauren Merkin Molly Clutch and... WOW!
What was it exactly that catch my eye? It was the very unusual coloring. When I first laid eyes on this clutch, it sort of reminded me of petrified wood. The colors are muted and watercolor-like in appearance. Plus the ring-like pattern reminds me of rings inside a tree. I almost thought this piece should be sitting on display in a natural history museum...

This clutch would look amazing during the summer season. I'm thinking paired with a maxi dress would look so cute!
