Carlos Falchi Python Hobo in Tea

There are those that love python handbags and those who shy away for various reasons. I have recently become a part of the first group. The bold textures of the python skin provide a depth to the bag with little or no ornamentation required. While you can purchase python handbags in a plethora of colors, I am still a naturalist at heart.
I love the edgy styling of Carlos Falchi. He takes fabulous leathers and hand detailed features to make simple, but beautiful handbags that hint at his rock heritage. The Carlos Falchi Slouchy Python Hobo with the tie at the top has simplicity and beautiful details.
First, the python leather has beautiful colors. The variety of tones in the skin allow you to have alot of versatility with this bag. I love the treatment of the handle so it's easy to carry with the edgy grommets and or ring that attach it to the bed. The little bow details adds a dash of femininity to the styling. Recently featured as a "new" bag on the Saks website in a lighter shade, it has since sold out and is now available in the darker Tea color at Neiman Marcus.
Carrying a python handbag will definitely make a statement and is certainly not for the timid! You have a to bring your personality when you walk out the door and be ready for loads of compliments!
For those who really want to shout out their personality, this bag is also available in a fuchsia buffed python!

Re: Carlos Falchi Python Hobo in Tea
I love Carlos Falchi bags! Although I have to admit, I've had a bad experience with my leather satchel. It's not lined, so anything white gets color transfer. Also because of the unlined interior, combined with the thin leather, there's a tear along one of the drawstring loops. Keep in mind - I've only worn this bag at most 8 days!!!
But that's my leather experience. I have yet to enjoy one of his fabulously gorgeous Python pieces. I think the light Tea is gorgeous combined with the light blue interior

Although if I were getting this bag, I would have to get the fuchsia. I really love that color. Can't seem to find a picture online of it yet.

I love the shape...it's a really pretty bag!! I would like it better in a soft buttery leather though.

Have you seen the pics cassandra? I couldn't find it anywhere online. I says its available on a couple sites, but when I click on the name the image doesn't change. I wonder if my browser is just messing up or something...

Ok looking bag. the darker tea color looks better IMO.
