Lanvin Aumoniere Satin Pochette
Lanvin is the oldest French couture house, founded in 1889 by Jeanne Lanvin. In the late 19th and early 20th century, she developed the quintessential French fashion house with a comprehensive approach to lifestyle including perfumes, fashion and design.

The pouch looks cute on the model...But otherwise it is an unremarkable little black sac with a raggedy flower on it.
For $750...No way

Really Fu? lol. I think it's so adorable. I guess the $750 price tag is a bit crazy, but I'm sure Lanvin addicts out there wont think twice about snatching one it.

As with anything Lanvin, the beauty is in the details. I'm sure the craftsmanship is incredible. Think of those darling Chanel silk flowers that sell for more than $500 each.

Seriously, when you separate the flower from the bag, it is a plain looking black drawstring bag and the flower is just pink cotton cloth cut with a zig zag scissors and bunched up together in the middle. I just don't get what is so special about it....
Sometimes i think the large design houses pass off average or sometimes ridiculous looking designs in the name of "fashion" or "couture". While it is great to experiment, i think some of them are failed experiments and utterly overrated

The price tag is definitely outrageous.....but it does look pretty on the model.
