Thread: Elliott Lucca Padova Demi

Founded in 1989 by Mark Talucci and Todd Elliott, Elliott Lucca is one company I have never paid a whole lot of attention to when it came to handbags. Their older collections consisted of the basket-weave leather handbags, which I had always believed to be way too Bottega Veneta inspired. However, after seeing some of the fresh new designs out there by Elliott Lucca, I can't help but be intrigued. The bags are soft and feminine, perfect for everyday use.

At the moment, the bag that seems to be catching my eye the most is the Elliott Lucca Padova Demi. As some of you readers may already know, I prefer a smaller bag for everyday use. Totes are great for school and work, but nothing beats a comfortable bag that tucks neatly under your arm while shopping or running errands.

What I like most about this particular style is the classic hobo shape. I also love the braided leather shoulder strap and trim. It seems to add just the right amount of texture and interest. And what about the fact that this bag is currently available for less than $150? Wow! That's one sweet deal for a new summer bag!
