Thread: Fake Luella??? Amazon sells bags??

I really want a Luella Gisele but they are no longer sold anywhere except Ebay and 2nd hand places. I saw one on Amazon.com and I didn't even realize amazon sold bags. Does anyone know if they sell fakes? Should I be leary of buying from them? There is a Luella on there for only $500 and I am wondering whether it is real or not. What do you all think???

Hi, I owned two Luella's and recently sold them on Ebay, so I do know the bag well. I think this looks authentic, but it is such a tiny photo, it's very hard to tell because you can't see the give aways like the hardware, heart stitching etc too well. I may be being foolish, but I also can't see Amazon touching fakes for the sake of their commercial reputation. Though I am surprised by the price . . .Hmmm, not much help am I? Sorry!
