Fact about me: I can’t sit in one spot for more than 30 minutes, so I never watch television or movies. So I am sorry all you Kate Welsh fans, but I really have no idea who she is, but I do know that she is carrying a cheap Banana Republic Gold Clutch. I can say that because I own the same. You are probably wondering why I am referring to it as cheap quality (poorly made), well let me tell you, I have never in my life purchased a bag (or clutch) that fell apart while in delivery. At the top of the frame opening there is a little cluster of crystals which rubbed off during the journey. I liked it and I needed a gold clutch, so I drove to the nearest Banana Republic which from where I was living at the time was 3 hours away. So I went there and swapped and by the time I got home they rubbed off again. I gave up and threw it in my closet where is has sat for the last year or so. I know, I know, ‘you get what you pay for’, however I don’t feel that applies here because I believe I paid in area of $80ish. There should be quality at that price.

Other than not liking her Banana Republic clutch, I think her dress, shoes and bracelets are ugly but her makeup and hair look okay.

Jennifer, I don't know who she is either, so you're not alone. That is a cute bag but that horrible that it get damaged so easily! I don't consider Banana Republic cheap but I do think there stuff is over priced for the quality.

I agree, her whole look is kinda ugly. I mean her hair is cute, I agree, but those shoes make her look so weird.

club monaco is okay. I consider them on the same level. I like Banana and Monaco for clothes but I'm not to sure about their bags. That Banana one is the only bag in my collection from either place

anyone have bags from club monaco or banana republic?
