The bags themselves are closer to the European luxury feeling than the American contemporary handbag category. I think they're highly differentiated but priced in the contemporary. Gwen's unique personal take on fashion incorporated her signature elements like Rasta colors and the old English lettering. For spring, we're incorporating velvet into the collection. For this first launch, there are two collections - the Signature collection and the leather collection which is called Love. The reaction has been phenomenal. We were going to launch it for Spring 2007 delivery but the retailers wanted it for holiday." (thedaily.com)

There are 33 different styles of handbags, which retail in range of $395 to $700. These new bags will make their debut beginning of December. This will be perfect timing for the Holiday shopping season. Location - location, these bags will be available at stores such as eluxury.com, Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Henri Bendel's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Holt-Renfrew in Canada.

I have never liked her handbags!!! Hideous!! I think one day people heard about her handbag collection, they started selling out... and it just became a trend to wear one because everyone had a L.A.M.B bag. I rather carry a bag with LV all over it thats actually leather... than a L.A.M.B. bag that's made of some type of cloth. No thank you!

I love it... but I actually think it's fake now I look closer at it. The Multicolor collection is made up of only 33 different colors!! I'm looking at Paris Hilton's bikini... and there is a TEAL LV... none of my WHITE Multicolor Collection has a TEAL LV or any of the symbols teal for that matter. However... the BLACK Multicolor collection does. On the White Canvas the LV's can be: Purple, Goldish Yellow, Fushia, Lime Green, Blue, Navy Blue, Black, Green, and Pink! That's it!! So I think this Bikini is a Fashion fluke!

Here are pix of my bags I had posted in some of the other blogs... look at the LV's.. I can even take a picture of the little booklet my collection comes with to show it says 33 colors.

Yes... I'm aware the Black Multicolor Collection has a teal LV along with teal symbols... but the WHITE Multicolor Collection does not. There is no possible way. It would be 34 colors then not 33. No teal appears anywhere on my things... Fashion Fluke!!!

not all LV bag are leather marissa, i was soooo devo when i found out, cos it has the card that says "natural cowhid leather" so for years i thought it was leather but that only refers to the vachetta (white leather on handles etc.) ever wonder why its called mono canvas, cos its just that canvas, meaning mono, damier (regular and azur) MC and some of the limited edition ranges are egyptian cotton coated with what thay call "a leathery liquid" (i.e. plastic) and then screen printed with the paterns and coated again with a clear base for setting.
