Gucci and Chanel are taking legal action against a Swedish teenager over fake sunglasses.

The fifteen year old from Gothenburg is being sued after customs comfiscated packages of sunglasses which were sent to the him from China.

Bengt Eliasson, a legal representative for Chanel, told the Metro that it is unusual to take legal action against a 15 year old boy, but says the alternative is to allow the sunglasses to reach the open market.

The boy is denying knowing who sent him the sunglasses and says he had no idea why they were sent.

a 15 year old?!? How is that even possible. You would think they would go after though who really are active in the replica market. To me, going after a 15 year old isnt going to change much.

seriously. why not go after those who are active on the street selling that crap
