Mulberry names bag after Lana Del Rey
Mulberry has named it's latest addition after singer Lana Del Rey.
The brand’s creative director Emma Hill met Del Rey last year, and said she was taken with her “soulful, melancholy voice” and the “nostalgic beauty” of her “Video Games” single and video. “I love Lana’s nostalgic references to bygone glamour and the fact that her look is retrospective, yet so modern. This inspired us to create a bag that was timeless, refined, and elegant,” said Hill.
The Del Rey will be out around May and retail in the neighborhood of $1,000.

The bag made it's first debut at the Mulberry fashion show in the Ballroom at Claridge's Hotel.
