What should I expect to pay for this MbyMJ tote?

I want a good beat-around summer tote bag and I have been seeing this MbyMJ tote all over eBay. They are running at average $50 but I can't figure out what the original retail price was - can anyone help?! I refuse to spend over retail when it comes to eBay stuff... ya know?

Let's see... I think the MBMJ canvas totes typically run between $125 and $200. If its made of leather or some special material, I have seen them retail for as much as $400. It just depends on how complicated the bag is and what it is made out of.

they are the ones from the "affordable" MbMJ lines that get released every summer. so the totes are super cheap, as is all the other accessories so i beileve that paying over 30 is steep. i have a friend who works at the MJ store in NYC so thats how i got last years tote....she couldnt get me this years one because they flew off the shelves

Ya I was thinking they were super cheap - I mean honestly I'm looking for a "beat around" bag for the beach this summer. I hate bringing my nice bags onto the boat and then on sand...just ruined.
