hi ash! Whats going to be your bags main purpose? school, work, just a day bag, or all of the above?

Personally my favorite is the Marc by Marc Jacobs DR.Q in the black. My second choice is for the tan version

Hi! Yea, all of the above. A bag that I can wear everyday. I've been looking for a medium sized bag that isn't too expensive for awhile now. Those are the two bags that I've narrowed my search down to.

From the Coach Carley and the Marc Jacobs, I would go for the Marc Jacobs...

Because personally, I don't like the shape of the Carley, and I prefer a tote, anyday....

I really like the shape of the marc jacobs tote, more than the coach one. my favorite color is the black but the tan is nice too.

Yea, everybody likes the marc one better. I will get the marc one. Do you think it's a good everyday bag? I am goin for the tan because it seems more casual than the black one...I have to try the two colors on and see which one looks best.

yah definitely try them on first.. when you see them in person and try them on your opinion could totally change.. you might like the coach one more

i agree. That's what happened to me when i went shopping for my last bag purchase. i was set on getting the coach ergo shoulderbag but when i tried it on i was like, nay-nay. then i tried on a harajuku purse and i was in love. much lighter and comfortable.

I don't think the carly's flimsiness will help you much for everydaywear, so marc jacobs it is. although both bag don't really look appealing in my opinion :\
