Re: Louis Vuitton Epi Speedy 30
I really like the red version of this bag, but the black is pretty too!

I personally prefer the "Epi Speedy" to the "Cube", as I find the hugh lv writing too in your face!
The epi is more discreet and tasteful IMO!

Re: Louis Vuitton Epi Speedy 30
I'm a speedy lover myself, I have the 3 basic canvas speedy 30's in mono, azur and damier. Then I found myself really really wanting a red epi speedy 25 bec. I heard the epi speedy 30 was much bigger than a standard speedy 30. I then had the opportunity of seeing exactly that bag, a red epi speedy 25 on a girl in a store. I was just passing by, lol and I saw her in the store as I was going by w/ my stroller. I just had to stop her and I tried on her bag and examined her bag. I thought it looked too small on me, but the real clincher in why I decided against it was that it had so many wrinkles! It had these wrinkly creases along the top of the bag. My guess is that it was an everyday bag for her and she may have used it exclusively. I barely use my bags and spread the love anyway, so that might not happen to me if I got the bag. Nevertheless I discovered the epi alma, which satisfies my epi cravings and wrinkles don't appear to be an issue in that style. I still think epi speedy is pretty though and admire it.

This also looks fab in Cassis. I love these bags but I found then hard to get in and out of...
I ended up getting a Damier Speedy 35 and I LOVE her...

Speedydelivery, I didn't know the epi 30 speedy was bigger than the standard speedy! That is very good to know because I have considered an epi. I assumed they would be the same size!

QueenMAB what color epi alma do you have? I could seriously get addicted to collecting epi almas. I only have the red epi alma to date but my next bag will hopefully be the black epi alma. I also have a hankering for the mandarin epi alma too!

These days the ones they are producing only come w/ the silve hw. I think the current colors are cassis, black. Grenade and red I heard are being discontinued. They will probably come out w/ a new color bec. I think it's usually three colors choices that they sell at any given time. I am so shocked and in disbelief that red is being discontinued, bec. I thought both red and black were permanent.
what color were you entertaining winnie_neri? I am so craving mandarin (from ebay) for a long time now, but I always pass it up and get something else more practical.
